Opening Packages:

• Customers have the right to open their packages in the presence of the courier to inspect the contents before accepting the delivery.

Returns:

• Returns are only accepted in the case of quality issues or size exchange.

• Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
