Return Policy

At Malabisy, our goal is to ensure your satisfaction. We aim to provide a smooth and reliable shopping experience, so we’ve set a clear and simple return and exchange policy.

Opening Packages:

Customers have the right to open their packages in the presence of the courier to inspect the contents before accepting the delivery.
If the customer decides to return the order at that time, a shipping fee will be charged.

Returns:

You can request a return within 2 days of receiving your order only in cases of quality and size fitting issues. Items must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all tags attached.
Return shipping fees will be applied.

Exchanges:

You can request an exchange within 3 days of receiving your order. Exchange requests must have a reasonable and valid reason, and are free of charge subject to product availability.

How to Return:

If you’d like to return or exchange an item, please follow these simple steps:

1. Go to your account: https://malabisy.com/account/orders
   2. Choose the order you want to return or exchange.
   3. Click on the 'Request Return' button.
   4. Select the reason for your return or exchange.
   5. Click 'Submit Request' to send your request.

Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the returned items have been successfully inspected. Exchanges for a different size are subject to product availability and approval.

Orders paid by Cash on Delivery (COD) will be refunded as store credit, which can be used for future purchases at any time.

Online payments (credit/debit card, wallet, etc.) will be refunded to the original payment method once approved.

Terms & Conditions:

Returns or exchanges are not accepted in the following cases:
- Items used, damaged, or missing original packaging/tags.
- Reasons other than quality or size fitting issues.
- Non-returnable items such as underwear, shapewear, lingerie, swimwear, socks, perfumes, and cosmetics.
Any specific exceptions will be clearly stated on the product page.

سياسة الاسترجاع والاستبدال

في Malabisy، هدفنا هو ضمان رضاك الكامل. نسعى لتقديم تجربة تسوق مريحة وموثوقة، ولذلك وضعنا سياسة استرجاع واستبدال واضحة وسهلة

:فتح الطرود

يحق للعميل فتح الطرد أمام مندوب التوصيل لفحص محتويات الطلب قبل استلامه
في حال قرر العميل إرجاع الطلب مع المندوب، تُحتسب عليه مصاريف الشحن.

:الاسترجاع

يمكنك طلب استرجاع المنتج خلال يومين فقط من استلام الطلب في حالة وجود مشكلة في الجودة أو المقاس. يشترط أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وفي تغليفه الأصلي، ومعه جميع العلامات (التاجات) تطبق مصاريف الشحن علي عملية الارجاع.

:الاستبدال

يمكنك طلب استبدال المنتج خلال 3 أيام من استلام الطلب. ويجب أن يكون سبب الاستبدال منطقيًا ومقبولًا. الاستبدال مجاني ويعتمد على توفر المنتج أو المقاس المطلوب.

:طريقة الإرجاع أو الاستبدال

:في حال رغبتك في إرجاع أو استبدال منتج، يُرجى اتباع الخطوات التالية

اختر الطلب الذي ترغب في استرجاعه أو استبدال
 'اضغط على زر 'طلب استرجاع
 اختر سبب الإرجاع أو الاستبدال
 اضغط على 'إرسال الطلب' لتقديم طلبك

:الاسترداد 

يتم استرجاع المبلغ خلال 14 يوم عمل بعد فحص المنتج والتأكد من حالته. يخضع الاستبدال لتوفر المقاس المطلوب وموافقة الإدارة

في حالة الدفع عند الاستلام ، يتم استرجاع المبلغ كرصيد داخل المتجر يمكن استخدامه في أي وقت للشراء مستقبلاً

أما المدفوعات الإلكترونية (بطاقة ائتمان / خصم مباشر / محفظة إلكترونية)، فيتم استرجاع المبلغ إلى وسيلة الدفع الأصلية بعد الموافقة

:الشروط والأحكام

لن يتم قبول الإرجاع أو الاستبدال في الحالات التالية
إذا كان المنتج مستخدمًا أو تالفًا أو ناقص التغليف الأصلي أو العلامات
- إذا كان سبب الإرجاع غير متعلق بالجودة أو المقاس
- المنتجات غير القابلة للإرجاع مثل: الملابس الداخلية، الكورسيهات، اللانجيري، المايوهات، الجوارب، العطور، ومستحضرات التجميل
